The fireworks on the 4th were rained out so they postponed it to the following Friday. We all went into Gladstone to watch them.
The boys got some glow sticks to play with while we waited for the fireworks to begin.

The fireworks have begun!
We knew we wanted to see the fireworks but we were not really prepared to stay the whole night thinking the boys will fuss and we would leave early and really miss the fireworks all together....but the boys were great and everything worked out and we didn't miss a thing!

It was a little too loud with all the BOOMS for Lukey so he covered his ears!
Starting to fade and get sleepy it was such a beautiful night out by the lake watching the fireworks!
The Grand Finale was great too!
I like this picture with the flag in it I thought it was pretty fitting for the 4th of July.
On our way back to the car the boys loved seeing the fireworks and being out in the fresh air.
