Our Last Day in The UP

Ben and I took the boys to his high school which is not even a mile from Ben's parents house to run on the track. When we got there the boys noticed the BIG YELLOW SCHOOL BUSES in the lot and well we had to go check them out.
Daddy's Boys!

When we got to the track Luke took off running and Will was going every where but where he should be, under the bleachers, in the grass. I finally got him to take a run on the track.
Go Will Go!
Daddy and Luke decided to race I think Luke was a little worn out from running around once already but he was all about running with his daddy.
And they're off!!
Half way through Daddy got a great workout by running while carrying Lukey who was pooped out after all the running he did.
But he got back in the race and ran all the way to the finish line.
Way to go Lukey and Daddy!!
And the winner is Lukey and Daddy!
After that we drove across the street to visit Grandpa Ron. Luke loved his house and all his toy cars he has. Grandpa Ron even took Luke on his cool tractor.
Luke had so much fun!
When we got back home it was time to check the trap to see if they caught themselves a chipmunk. And guess what the trap had a little chipmunk in it..... SO
They brought it over to a different area and let the little guy go. Good thing Luke was there because we all know Papa Pat wouldn't of let the little sucker go. A fun game of catch and release.
Will was not a fan of the sprinkler. He loves water but this water was a little bit cold for his liking. Poor Deucer but what a cute pic of him!
Luke was taking his lil' brother for a tractor ride in their diapers. SO CUTE!!
You know how I know your a redneck? Ha Ha!
Because you drive your tractor in your diaper!
The boys, especially Luke loved Lexi and Leo. Luke is laying next to Lexi here it is such a cute picture. The next week Lexi had a stroke and had to be put to sleep it is so sad. I am glad the boys got to be with her right before that. We all loved Lexi so much she was such a sweet dog. We all will miss her so much! Luke still talks about the dogs all the time.
On our way to Chicago. So sad to leave Michigan and Grandma and Papa. We love and miss you both so much! We will get to see them in September.
I mean is his face heartbreaking or what?
We had so much fun in the UP but now Daddy is going back to work for a few days and mama and the boys are headed to Chicago for another fun filled week.

Trucks, Cranes, and Bulldozers

On Monday we went to go visit Uncle Bobby at work and get lunch. Luke was in Heaven he loved all the trucks, cranes, and bulldozers.
Will got in on the action too.
Uncle Bobby, Luke, and WIll in a BIG BIG TRUCK!
SO BIG! Luke wanted to go in every truck, crane, and bulldozer...and he did!
We even saw a caterpillar which stole the show for a second but then it was right back to trucks, cranes, and bulldozers.
Getting in and out, in and out.... He had so much fun thanks Uncle Bobby for showing us around the shop and letting Luke have the best time!
Hi Mommy I am going to knock some stuff down now!
Such a beautiful picture of Auntie Candace and Will!
Having a nice lunch at Fudruckers it was yum yum yummy! Daddy missed out he loves that place! Sorry daddy we will go in AZ when we come home.

Just a Regular Monday Night

Monday night we got a visit from Uncles Sam & David. They missed the boys and the boys missed them.
Will took a little dip and fall into the pool it was hot and humid out so it felt pretty good I'm sure.
Giving Uncle Sam a big hug
After Dave and Sam left Candace and I took the boys to a park down the block.
I lived by that park for so long and walked by it a million times but it was my first time in it. I guess having kids will do that to ya.

Luke spotted a bunny in a courtyard and thought it was pretty neat. I bet his time in the UP with Papa Pat made him want to set a trap and catch it.
Will loved running around outside and playing.
Candace even had some fun herself.
Aunt Candy and Luke playing
A short walk home I thought Luke looked so cute walking
back with his hands on his hips.

12 WEEKS Pregnant

While I was in Chicago I was 12 weeks along with the baby so I had my sister take a picture of my baby bump. Not so much of a bump really but it was a start to showing that I looked pregnant.

Millennium Park

My dad, Joanne, Candace, Bobby, Me and the BOYS all went to lunch at THE PARK GRILL and then to walk around Millennium Park it was a beautiful day out and we all had a great time.
Catching the EL to get downtown. Luke loved the train and thought it was so much fun!

On the train
After lunch we walked around, this is a huge water area for kids to play in.

Buckingham Fountain.
Candace and I
This is my favorite fountain especially when I was a little girl. It shoots up really high and at night it changes colors. It is a great site to see in Chicago. I really wanted to show the boys.
The long walk back to the train. Luke was worn out plus it was really hot out.
Poor lil' guy!
Thank God Bobby was there to take over he was HEAVY!
Will's turn to enjoy the train while Lukey slept the whole way home.
His sweaty cute head out cold on the train.
